Roger has been exercising rigorously to prepare himself for the possibility of opportunities at some Police Departments he recently applied for.
Nikholi's getting really excited for Baseball, which starts in late March. Now that everyone knows that mommy isn't having twins, Nikholi is hoping for a baby brother.
Kambri never ceases to make mommy laugh. Yesterday in an important Head Start meeting (mommy had to bring Kambri with) she layed on her belly, kicking her feet, with her hands under her chin as she was well occupied watching the movie Up on the portable DVD player. She's definitely a princess, and she'll let you know it!
Lastly, an update on mom and the youngest peanut. We are entering our 4th month and 16th week of pregnancy. Mommy started feeling the baby move approximately three weeks ago and fetal movements are more prevalent now, especially mid morning and at night when settling into bed. The baby is starting to support itself with the kidneys beginning to function; producing urine which passes through the umbilical cord. With several changes taking place, mom feels sore and crampy, but most of all hormonal. Wanna induce some harsh feelings and a waterfall of tears? Tell mom she can't have the food she's been thinking about all day.
We're all really excited for our new addition and we're looking forward to finding out if we're having a boy or a girl. Hopefully we'll be able to share the news on Valentine's Day!
