A Blast in MoN-tUkY Part II

In the previous post I was able to share my experiences about our time spent in Montana. Now I would like to show you, how beautiful it was.
One of the first few days I was there, my parents took me up to Garnet Ghost Town.

The town was really cute, I couldn't believe how many bars were in a small town, we stopped by one to look at the items that were still remaining.

Here are some of the other things we found, that we could get inside of...

Look it's a bath tub! "And would you believe it, the dang thing is under stairwell. Imagine that one!

Check this out! Could you imagine doing your daily duties in something like that everyday?

Thank goodness for porcline!

Here is me and the kids at a scenic outlook:

Seeing the Country side on Jamie, the bike, is an experience I'll never forget *thanks daddy*. It was absolutely gorgeous, though a little chilly, no one can experience nature better than being on a bike.

Away we go!

We rode up to the National Bison Range which is ran by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services. The park was established in 1908 on 18,500 acres, for Bison to be preserved in order to escape exstinction; currently 350 - 500 bison roam there. "The range is made up primarily of native Palouse prairie grasslands, but also includes moutain forest, wetlands and river bottom woodlands. In addition to bison, these diverse habitats provide a home for some 50 different wildlife and over 200 bird species."

Pronghorn

Since the Bison were being contained for yearly examinations and vaccinations we only saw them in a grazing field; as opposed to them roaming about the range. But I have pictures of when my mom went there before, so you can see the total effect of the Bison Range.

The scenery was beautiful!!! Check this out:

And Wouldn't You Know It... We were on a small hike on the range, and GUESS WHO had to pee?

It's taken me so long to get this blog posted, going back to blogger procrastination. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Mom, Kelly, and the girls!
