Not Exactly as Planned

My summer hasn't gone exactly as I had planned. Well actually it's gone beyond screwing up the all my family organization techniques and turning them into a dysfunctional mess! I'm a tad frusterated with my inability to maintain consistency, but at the same time I'm extremely thankful for all of the blessing that has come from the multitude of opposition in my life.

Not only did we lose a mother this summer we also lost her brother. The same cancer took both of their lives and made our family a little less brighter. Nevertheless, I'm so thankful for the understanding of everlasting life and knowing that we will all be together again after this life here on earth.

With the tragedies that have plagued our family this summer, my husband continued to gain a testimony of his Heavenly Father and the purpose of our Savoir. He was baptized on July 3rd into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

After his baptism, it's been such a rewarding experience because the changes and blessings that have been taking place in our lives were once completely unimaginable. You can just see a glow in our countenance:

Although, I'm having to start again from scratch I'm hoping to develop another set schedule for the kids, re-create chore charts, and re-vamp our behavior charts. Hopefully with some more organization, I can stop the some contention and bickering that has been existing lately.
